• These sculptural, minimalist gold earrings are my abstract representations of droplets which cup the bottom of the earlobe

• While I was originally sculpting them in a red-colored wax, the word “sanguine” popped into my head, which refers to blood, or the red color of blood. However, this beautiful word is also defined as ‘optimism and positivity in the face of adversity,’ which I find to be a wildly appropriate dual meaning for these gleaming earrings.

• Hand carved and cast using traditional lost-wax casting techniques

• Sustainably made in solid, recycled 14k gold, with sturdy 14k gold posts and friction backs

Solid 14k recycled gold

We recommend cleaning your gold jewelry with either a Sunshine polishing cloth, or with dish soap and warm water. Please take special care with items that have leather, silk cord and semiprecious beads - these areas should not get wet.
