Shipping/Return/Exchange/Repair Information
Items available on the website are either listed as in-stock and ready-to-ship, or are made-to-order. Items that are made-to-order generally require at least 4-6 weeks to produce before they can ship, as they are custom made. Some pieces may require extra time, so always refer to the timeline that is noted in the product description when placing your order. Items that are in-stock will ship out either same day or by the next business day.
All of our jewelry comes with a lifetime guarantee, and we are always happy to perform free repairs on items that may have broken by no fault of the customer. Repairs on items with normal wear and tear over time, or that were broken by the customer at any point, may be done for a small fee, on a case-by-case basis. The best route is to email us a picture of your jewelry so that we can assess the issue and what needs to be done, before you ship your item back.
Regular items that have not been worn and are in like-new condition may be returned for store credit or exchanged within 15 days of receipt. Be sure to include your receipt and original jewelry packaging with your return item. To initiate the return, email shoptalismanjewelry@gmail.com to receive authorization and instructions. Please note that custom items, including rings custom made in half sizes, items with personalization, engraving, special stones and/or metals are not eligible for return and are considered final sale.
